New Year at this resort was wonderful! the breakfast had plenty of variety and fresh juice daily. the staff was super friendly and the free shuttle bus offered great recommendations. the pool was refreshing and just steps from the beach.
Food and drink prices were expensive with high tax rates. Although the grounds and rooms were clean, the shower had poor water outflow and the sea wasn't suitable for swimming or snorkeling.

Acces to beach and local community. Little cottages, fairly worm, but well maintained.
Number of large groups of Europeanen families and tourists. Food in restaurant is fair, but nthing special.

The hotel is very clean. The team is very polite, helpful and friendly. The restaurant is good with a lot of choice between indonesian and international food.
Only one receptacle was working in the room. A little bit far away from the center with all the restaurants and bars about 15min walk.

The location is great, just the beach, perfect to go in the morning on a boat trip to see dolphins
The rooms are ok, nothing special, pretty poor but in line with the price. Bathroom was not very nice at all, a bit dirty

Staff, breakfast, gardens, seaside location
Better hotels very nearby and same price. Their website would not let me book the 4 day special deal running so I paid more than I needed to. The second hotel we moved to 'Sunari' has bigger swimming pool, same location, larger and better equipped bungalows. Fewer children as well.

The rooms/cottages had a traditional Balinese feel withna modern twist. They were exceptionally clean and comfortable with modern bathroom fittings. I particularly liked our private verandah. The grounds were kept to a high standard that again did not detract from the Balinese feel. The pool area was also well kept and spotless with easy access to the beach. The large restaurant was a pleasant place to dine and staff were attentive and courteous. Food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and catered for a variety of tastes.
